k, seems my actual DL speed and upload speed has doubled in the past couple of months, although i havent changed my package

Now do i tell them:
that i want re-imbursing for the past few years DL speed ? and risk them sayyin ,"oh, we giving you too much"
say nothing and think am getting summat for free
or is it that everyones has doubled coz of fibre optic things ?

btw, my isp is Virgin Media
