Help needed with logo!

After a favour by anyone with graphics skills. I would like a logo made for our local allotment association if possible. Perhaps a skull and crossbones with a spade and fork for the crossed bones and an old man in a flat cap instead of a skull!? The allotment is called "The Whitnash Working Mans Allotment Association".
Any help appreciated!

Crossed spades/forks are a bit tricky but here's an idea.

Just noticed there's no space between allotment and association - easily fixed.
Also can be made bigger/smaller implements added etc.
Or you can ignore it completely lol.

Rofl, I do actually love them but would not be sure about using a guys actual face (the guy is called Harry Cook).
