Well, my PC is totally knackered. It runs for anything from 10 minutes to an hour then switches off.

Currently in 'negotiations' with my accountant (aka Mrs. Poundsey) to secure funds for new parts.

My wishlist:

Core i7 3820 Sandybridge
Asus P9X79 Pro
Some RAM

Fingers crossed!

This upgrade is well overdue, 7 and a half years since the last CPU/Mobo!
I've had multi-core envy for ages now lol.

Ah cock. In all the excitement it failed to notice that not heatsink comes with the CPU. Guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow
