Technically it is still illegal, so the company you steal copyright material from still has the right to sue your ass. Just means the government will do fuck all about it. |

They are doing the same for people without a TV licence, The civil penalties will be much harsher although you will not get a criminal record. They will not take your house from you to pay a fine with a criminal conviction, lose a civil case and they can and will take everything. |

Do you mean that now in the UK you can download movies and music (torrent) and stuff without having the risc being punished by the big manufacterers? |
