As if people would buy half the stuff they are able to download!

People just don't want to pay for what they download so it's not about being rich. Also most of the "stuff" downloaded is propably pretty useless since there's no need to see every movie and every tv show although movies are perhaps the most expensive thing to buy or see comparing to how many times they'll really be used.
