Hi Guys/Gals, I was recently chatting with SerialKiller about some graphic design work I need doing and he suggested that I post a request here. So...... Well firstly I am a close up sleight of hand magician and “mind reader” and I need some graphical artwork (including a logo) designed for some promotional material (business cards, flyers, etc). I don’t really have any idea of what I want and i'm open to ideas. I just know I would like a retain a certain type of style - simple, cool and stylish. My website is www.StephenSeabourne.com if anyone wants to see the type of style I like I should probably say I try to steer away from the stereotypical clichés of other magicians, for instance I do not perform with rabbits, wands or top hats. I try not to patroniser or make fun of my audience and I most defiantly do not wear sparkly suits and bad novelty ties. Any ideas you creative guys can come up with would be greatly appreciated Many thanks Stephen |

Hi matey Good to see you bit the bullet and are gonna see if my creative team here can sort you something out!  Clan guys, Dont delete this thread as spam please, Stephen is very genuine and a good guy so if you think you can sort out his needs please give it a go! I realise Christmas is coming so people are busy though so any help would be appreciated! SK |

hello , and welcome stephen i know abosolutly nothing about graphics design thingy lol, but a few people on here DO i had a look at yer website mate, looks good maybe if i shout this  ....... just watch em all come flocking in now mate

He can do a lot of things with a lot of things, not just cards.............. makes many things disappear and suchlike, he is extremely good at it as well. Mostly close up work though. ............... then again he told me today he nearly made a woman orgasm just by suggesting the idea to her! SK |

Well I asked because the website pretty much tells that those two are mostly used. I was just thinking about objects to be used in a logo if so and of course cards are an easy one for that. |

Hey, Thanks for the welcome and website comments chrisdabrit , I saw the word Boobs out of my peripheral vision and I was immediately drawn to it, lol. Thanks to Jason as well for the kind words, I’ll have to teach you the suggestion climax effect... anyone can do it if its performed with confidence, the only trouble is finding someone suggestible enough for it to work on. Legoinsinööri, well firstly I am not psychic. I try to perform entertaining effects which give the illusion of mind reading in an attempt to expose all of the charlatans out there. I do perform close up magic with all sorts of objects, pens, coins, straws, bottles, etc, but mostly I use cards as my weapon of choice. Especially since I started out by demonstrating how card sharks can cheat you in a game. Thank you all for your interest and time Stephen |
