i ran the Cinebench: not sure how to read it

i7 920 o/c to 3.60 GHZ temps around 48c water cooled CPU
o/c 12gb ram from 1600 to 1800 ish

I just use cpuz you should also use prime95 64bit to test your overclock under load to see that the temps don't run too high

I used to run my system overclocked but don't bother now I have a I7 930 2.8 had it overclocked to 4Ghz

chhers beers, yep i can get 3.99ghz but i think for my needs 3.60 is still overkill but stable.
ill try the prime95 64bit :glitter:

also found a program called OCCT and its a nice bit of software - easy set up to check o/c states :-)

looks good - at stress for 2 hrs i got temps of 71c after that dropped down to 39.
left it running at idle for 6hrs and temp sits at low 40's............ looks like a stable overclock of 35% :-)
