So yeah I've come to know that some people in the clan are pretty fond of anime so i thought I would make a post where people can post the thoughts and personal recommendations of anime series they watched or are currently watching or maybe ones they dont recommend and then them stating why, just though it would be nice to see what intrests you guys have and also this would be a good place for other people who want to get into anime can come look for some

If you are unsure on what anime is its pretty much japan cartoons but there not like cartoons you get in Europe/America etc they way better in visuals and such and have more depth to them, there made for a wide age i.e there ment for adults to watch also where-as cartoons anywhere else mainly for kids.


Ok here is a quick list of some Anime series ive watched/watching if there still going on atm and all the ones im listing i highly recommend to anyone who likes action/fanasty anime

1. One Piece - One piece is one of the anime so called giant series it started in 1999 and is still going on today and its comfirms to defiantly still be a thing for the next 10 years also, its a great anime in my opinion, it doesnt get boring theres always something new that spice's things up a bit and the character all have back stories so you can really feel as you know them, i recommend this anime for defiant might take you a while to catch up as the is nearly 850 episodes as i type this but i will defiantly say its worth the time, id said it might take the first arc (first season) to really get into it but i watch it constantly now every sunday im eager for the next episode

2.Naruto Shippudden - Another giant series no where near as big as one piece and is finishing in the summer, its the sequel anime to a show just called naruto theres about 350 episodes and its based around a world of ninja's really enjoy series to watch can be funny but serious and has some awesome battles scenes like one piece does and you get alot of back story for characters like in one piece also, you also dont need to watch naruto (previous anime) to watch this anime as the way it starts it could be its own but i love it, fixes alot of things i though were personally wrong with the original naruto series and a new series should be starting of naruto sometime this year hopefully

3.Dragon Ball Z - Its the orignal fighting anime people always relate anime to it was one of the first if not the first popular world wide anime can get repetitive with the fighting but neverless a good anime to watch theres about 100 episodes i believe

Got a list of around 40 animes I´ve looked into, but won´t bother u with all that so just putting up a shorter top list

One Piece : About Pirates (usually with special powers).
Naruto (Naruto Shippuden) : About Ninjas(?) with special powers.
Bleach : About death gods (shinigami), also special powers.

Those 3 are some of the biggest (and best in my opinion) animes out there, Bleach has ended (but rumours say it´ll start up again?). The other 2 are still airing (Naruto is soon finished).

Attack on Titan : Most have heard of this anime and for good reasons, it´s a must for anyone who´s into anime! (recently took the no.1 place at best selling manga from One Piece which had the first place for a few years. It´s about the survival of the human race which is threatend by the mysterious giants that suddenly appeard.

There´s all kind of genres in anime, so as long as u don´t mind the animation itself there´s bound to be some anime for ur taste

Pokemon? Its the only one i know.

When I was younger there was Goldorak, but I ve no idea if this counts.

I loved a bit of Yu-Gi-Oh when I was younger! Tempted to start watching them all again to bring back some memories

Y'all need to get Ghost in the Shell watched, The stand alone complexes are in my opinion one of the finest works of all time.

There's also the likes of Apple Seed, and Full Metal Alchemist to be watching.

If you're just into what's been really popular in Japan though I suppose you could watch Attack on Titan, I personally don't rate it though.

5. Akame Ga Kill!
6. Bleach
7. Hellsing
8. Hajime No Ippo
9. Highschool DxD
10. Highschool of the Dead
11. Sword Art Online
12. Death Note

I finished all of the above. All worth a watch for Animes Fans. Especially the ones marked Big. Best Storylines and stuff

Then the really big ones and those i'm still watching.

Above all, without a doubt:

1. One Piece

3. Fairy Tail (Well, not bad)
4. (currently watching, but it's older already) Tenjho Tenge

I prefer Animes with alot of Fights. I simply enjoy Characters clashing and fighting it out.

out of the 12 kaney has listed im am also watching HunterxHunter 2011 (as recommended by Kaney) , Attack on Titan, Sword Art Online and HighSchool DxD enjoying all of them and heads up on Highschool DxD its a ecchi in case you dont like that sort of shit and i believe Highschool of the Dead is also if im wrong correct me kaney
