So my pc is playing funny buggers. It cuts out all the time(pc turns off completely) when I try to play games. I thought it was a heat issue but it's running alright heat wise now after reseting the Heatsink. Do you think it might be my psu is cutting out when the gpu is kicking in? I don't want to buy a new psu but this is all I can think of

It's a 750w dual 12v rails PSU designed to power 4x 8800GTX cards, very unlikely to be that unless it's on the way out.

pcs randomly turning off is generally a heat issue

The first one on Top is fine, the others are about to give up or are already done for. Check those on your Mainboard, if that's the case, then you need a new Mainboard.

Had that Problem with my old PC, he kept dying after a couple of minutes. Sometimes he gave up instantly. Always thought it was a heat issue.

Those things look alright. Cpu running between 30 and 50. Cleaned out all fans unplugged and reconnected every wire, installed a lean windows. left it on overnight and the heat on the cpu was 51 max. Tried a game this morning and is still sitting the pc down after a few minutes of playing?

Andrew says download a program called furmark, try the cpu test then the gpu test, see which one turns off the pc. then you'll know which one is the problem. if nothing happens, try them together. if it turns off with both of them on together, its probably powersupply problem. if nothing happens on all 3 tests, then you probably have a memory issue.

Mem issues usually produce blue screens, If it were my rig I'd be looking at the GPU It's unlikely to be a coincidence that the computer only turns itself off when the GPU is under load.
