Something is wrong on the software side, or your laptop is overheating and throttling back performance. Or maybe your drivers are not official nvidia ones. You're laptop should do 200fps in source.
And it might be filled with shit

Use cpu-id to monitor real temps, also, open task manager, and check what parts of your laptop are maxing out, like ram, cpu or hdd etc.

Try reinstalling graphics drivers as juneh said ?

Ill try that tomorrow.
I find that strange because i have original Nvidia drivers, and 550gb free(still have all the files in the other)

Well, I did some changes, now its much better.
I just uninstalled the Nvidia drivers, now i have more then 160fps all the time, sometimes 190/200 but not stable.

Yes, and thanks for the help

But they were official Nvidia drivers, don't know what happened, probably some conflict with W8, or the game.
