2 weeks (a little over actually) of no Internet due to the Council snagging and breaking the cables for my entire stair!!!.... AND VM said they were not gonna credit me back?
Well, it just happened to happen at the time my contract was due to expire, so I phoned and asked for the Rententions Dept... Now as conpenstaion I got Half Price Sky Sports and ESPN (The new one carrying the SPL matches when it starts) AND 1 and a half months free (2 weeks credit, 1 month compensation), and finally a 12 month extension on my package offer: XL TV, V+, L Phone, Free Calls, M Broadband, for £35.00 a month + Sports = £50 per month
