The first person who invents a NEW part should be praised ! after all thats what the whole sport is about, pushing the boundries and developing new parts to improve times/performance/safety and then pass that onto production cars. After all, if all the cars where the same, and no-one was allowed to develop them, then there wouldn't be a manufacturers cup.

At the end of the day it is the BEST CAR AND DRIVER who should win, and if the competitors can't think as fast as the rest.... they ain't gunna win !
