Maybe we could try to keep it as tidy as possible?

I.e , try to keep most of the discussion within the clan in the clan chat. And only post what's agreed on in the kicked and banned thread?

The accused must have the possibility to have his say, but the clan can discuss the matter in private and post a summary or a result?

Just a little proposal on how things could be less messy!

I think a person should have a right to put there case forward, however, I feel there needs to be an equal right to the banning admin to address the "appeal".
That's why these things can get messy cos other stuff about the person is often brought up, which is often very relevent!

SK

exactly what i thought last night, but couldn't word it properly, so i didnt bother lol

always nice to get a few different people's views on a banned somebody, just helps build a better picture of how the accused/banned person is on the server.

and to quote finduz The accused must have the possibility to have his say, but the clan can discuss the matter in private and post a summary or a result?

So now the forums gunna have 2 banned threads per banned player ? One for the "You've been banned, explain yourself here ", and one for "lets discuss about the banned person in the other thread" ? :P

I think in this case we should just use common sense and keep the trolling to a minimum. This should keep things tidy ?

Btw i guess it's probably good that David brought it up, coz some threads (not just banned threads) do go off on a tangent at times.

I think most of time, the banned players dont have to explain themselves, they ve been banned for cheating: wallhack, aimbots,... Do they have to explain themselves?
So the second thread will only be used if there is a reply in the kicked/banned thread to form an answer to that reply.

Sounds like a plan so voted yes.

By the accused player I mean the banned or the person requested to be banned.
