i read that earlier on joystiq, they were silly really. they could have released years ago cus they were nearly finished but decided to scrap and start again. surely getting some profits from a mediocre game would've been better than scrapping it and going bust. "it'll be done when it's done" well it looks like that ethos didn't work out too well for them

the rights to the duke nukem name belongs to take-two i believe so they might contract another studio to work on it and release it :p you never know


although part of me hopes they just drop the damned game and forget about it.
