Graphic Card Drivers?

How often do you guys update your graphic card drivers?
Anyone used the latest set of AMD Radeon Drivers? Any issues?
I have an R9 200 series card, running on old drivers but I'm of the mind, leave well enough alone, however, if I want to play the new Battlefield 1 beta I'm gonna have to update my drivers!

Always reluctant, if it's not broke don't fix and all that,..........

I have every month updates for my graphic card.
And I use driverdoc for all my other drivers. This program also scans the graphic card drivers.

I update as soon as they become available because Nvidia GeForce reminds me.
