HELLO guys

i seem to having a slight problem with server ..
it is all set how i want it

my only problem is when i change maps my admin sounds then dont seem to work and when i join again it seems to be downloading me the sounds and maps over again when i allready have them in my steam.but when i get ther the sounds not work..

the only thing that sorts it is if i reset the server ....and they all work ..but as soon i as i do the firsp map change thats it they dont work and every time i join again its downloading me the sound files and map again as if i never had it ..and as said they wont work again untill reset the server ,but afer first map change they just dont work at all


all files are correct and in the right location ..my sv upload download is on 1 ... i read somthing about sv consistancy but some one said valve bans u if u use that so ..

iam sure its somthing in server cfg ..or pure white text but everything seem ok .
if u guys have exsperanced this please let me no .

and thanks again and dont worry i will be poping in more when iam sorted if get enuff players wel even bob in for a match

That's a weird one!
Are they pointing to the right place on the server.

Take a look at sounds.txt

The sounds should all be where they are mentioned in the text file!

ive just sorted it ah my bad iam i just made a vid to .. and like though i tryd a little somthing and it was server white list . being in download from steam when i needed change it to allow from disc

in pure server mode set to allow from disc

anyway hope this helps any one who ever has simler probs ..

also, ya got WAYY TOO many sounds on there mate, i tried to join you for a game earlier, and gave up after 2 mins, coz it took too long to load up, try and reduce yer mp3 4mb sounds to little clips or summat ?

thanks bro .. ye the mads and stuff can build your self behind a wall files eh sometimes ..compaird to my old server its not as bad .....wat is the code to allow faster downloads to people as i belve its on sv up/down load 1 or somet but theres somthing max 1400 or somet i read u can use instead ,, ye ill take the advice and see what i can reduce ...
